About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.About The Role

The Public Relations and Marketing Manager is a key member of our Commercial Team, responsible for driving visibility and elevating the Hotel reputation across global and local markets. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Leadership Team to enhance awareness through traditional print media, digital platforms, and social channels. You will support marketing and advertising initiatives, contribute to the development and execution of the annual PR plan, and oversee all digital communication tools and execute F&B and Spa marketing plans.
What You Will Do

  • Execute and assist in developing an integrated, strategic annual marcomms plan to align with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Develop innovative programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel, its spa, culinary programs, services, and personnel.
  • Lead proactive and creative programs that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel's presence.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage.
  • Pitch targeted story ideas, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips to highlight the hotel's offerings.
  • Ensure timely posting of press releases and story starters on the Four Seasons Press Room
  • Partner with F&B and Spa teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that support revenue objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive image library to ensure consistent, high-quality visual representation.
  • Lead community relations, CSR initiatives, and internal communications to strengthen the hotel's reputation as a valued community partner.
  • Manage and maintain an uptodate image and video library to support media needs and maximize exposure
  • Develop and implement the global media and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's DNA
  • Manage and execute Content creation as well as photoshoots and videography.
  • Oversee the media calendar, budget, and administrative processes
  • Ensure all promotions, advertising materials, direct mail pieces, and collateral reflect Four Seasons brand standards and the highest level of professionalism.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in public relations, social media, or marketing communications, preferably within the luxury or luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong media relations experience with established connections that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and analytics tools to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and managing third-party agencies and vendors.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English - Greek is a plus.
  • This is a full-time position based on site in Mykonos
