Waterpark Maintenance Technician
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Maintenance Technician. In this position you perform and assist in duties that support overall department function and to provide waterpark maintenance necessary to achieve stated objectives for slide, ride and pool/spa maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, water chemistry testing, data collection and reporting.
As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Starting Rate: $18.00 an Hour
Looking for Morning and Afternoon Shifts!
Morning - 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon - 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the ride manufacturer's preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor to prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Maintain records of all activities performed during the shift.

What We're Looking For
  • Must be able to work in warm/humid settings and hot/humid weather for indoor and outdoor waterpark environments.
  • To be submerged in chlorinated water for majority of a shift
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
