Full-Time | $90,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission

Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experiencedCollision Repair General Manager to lead one of our Omaha locations.

We're looking for a proven collision repair leader who knows how todrive production, develop people, improve profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not a desk-only management role.

We want a GM who knows what's happening on the production floor, understands the numbers behind the business, recognizes where opportunities are being lost, and knows how to get a team moving in the right direction.

$90,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission

In addition to base salary, this position offersbonus and commission opportunities based on performance and results.

Base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and leadership background.

• Lead all day-to-day collision center operations
• Manage and develop estimators, technicians, painters, parts personnel, CSRs, and production staff
• Drive sales, revenue, gross profit, and overall profitability
• Manage cycle time, touch time, throughput, and productivity
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance
• Keep production moving and address bottlenecks quickly
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain strong employees
• Set clear expectations and create accountability
• Ensure repairs meet OEM procedures and quality standards
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Manage labor and operating expenses
• Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships
• Resolve customer and operational issues
• Maintain a safe, professional, performance-driven shop

Previous collision repair management experience is required.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience leading a high-volume collision center
• Strong knowledge of collision repair production and workflow
• Understanding of insurance claims and DRP programs
• Strong financial and operational knowledge
• Experience managing shop KPIs and profitability
• Ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain employees
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly
• High standards for quality and customer service
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Valid driver’s license

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

A successful GM needs to understand more than production.

You should understand how all the pieces of the operation work together:

• Sales and closing ratios
• Gross profit and expenses
• Labor efficiency and productivity
• Cycle time and touch time
• Repair planning and throughput
• Customer satisfaction and retention
• Employee performance and profitability

You should be comfortable looking at your numbers, identifying what needs attention, building a plan, and holding the team accountable for executing it.
