  • No Primary Diagnostic Call Responsibilities:ย Experience an exceptional work-life balance with effectively no evenings, nights, or routine weekend responsibilities due to our large department and subspecialized structure.
  • Predictable and Flexible Schedule:
    • Hybrid (onsite and remote) daily breast clinic schedule.
    • Benefit from ~2days of remote breast work per week, with potential to increase as staffing grows, based on a full-time 4day work week.
    • Flexible part-time work schedules are available and fully supported.
  • High Earning Potential and Generous Incentives:
    • Elevated Signing Bonus:ย We offer a significantly higher signing bonus than many other Kaiser locations, currently at $350,000.ย The available bonus is based on the time of start, not the time of signing.
