This position is based in an outpatient office setting, where you will work onsite with a diverse patient population. • Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing manual therapy techniques and specific modalities to address pain and dysfunction.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, ensuring they understand the planned interventions and how they contribute to recovery.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as patients achieve their goals or face new challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care after therapy completion.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient management in compliance with organizational policies.

You will primarily work with adult patients facing orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapist License at the time of hire.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification mandatory at the time of hire.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
