This LMFT position is designed for a collaborative remote work setting, providing the flexibility to balance professional commitments and personal life. You will interact with clients via telehealth platforms, allowing you to reach individuals in Sun Valley, Nevada, and surrounding areas efficiently. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental, emotional, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and address specific client needs.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions remotely, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to promote understanding and conflict resolution.
• Document therapeutic progress and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups on topics related to relationship building and emotional health.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends and community resources to best support clients and their families.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to create a cohesive care plan for clients, including referrals to additional services when needed.

You will work with clients of varying backgrounds, addressing concerns related to communication, conflict resolution, mental health disorders, and transitional phases of life. Our goal is to provide a safe space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and engage in the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of therapeutic modalities, particularly those related to marriage and family counseling.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting environment for clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines related to clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on family systems and relational dynamics.
• Experience utilizing telehealth services and digital documentation tools.
• Knowledge of community resources in Nevada for referrals and additional client support.
