  • Manage payroll, labor efficiency, and operating expenses to maximize NOI
  • Partner with sales and revenue management to execute pricing and revenue strategies
  • Track and act on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and local competitive set performance

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a motivated, cross-functional hotel team
  • Build accountability, teamwork, and a service-first culture across every department
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style

Property & Asset Management

  • Maintain the resort's appearance, upkeep, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and protection of company assets
  • Prepare and submit accurate, on-time operational and financial reports

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-3+ years of hotel or resort operations experience, including supervisory or management responsibility
  • Strong working knowledge of front desk operations, housekeeping, and hotel service standards
  • Track record managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
