Job description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Product Manager to support the growth and commercialization of the noodle category in the U.S. market.


This role plays a critical part in managing and growing the category, with strong ownership of execution across product, marketing, distribution, and operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to translate strategy into action, ensuring successful launches and sustained in-market performance.


ROLES&RESPONSIBILITES

1. Category Ownership (Noodle)

  • Support the management and performance of the noodle category performance in the U.S. market
  • Own day-to-day execution across product, marketing, distribution, and operations
  • Support and influence category direction while ensuring strong in-market execution and growth

2. Product & Portfolio Management

  • Manage the noodle product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and packaging execution (product Lifecycle)
  • Support product positioning and ensure alignment with market needs and competitive landscape
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive product readiness and successful presence

3. Go-To-Market & Commercialization

  • Execute GTM strategies for noodle products in alignment with category direction
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Support channel expansion and retail execution initiatives
  • Ensure strong retail readiness (pricing, promotions, assortment, shelf strategy)

4. Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Lead execution of product-level marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate on messaging, campaigns, and content development
  • Ensure alignment between product features and consumer communication
  • Support culturally relevant marketing initiatives where applicable

5. Distribution & Operations Management

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to manage:
  • Production planning and inventory management
  • Demand forecasting and replenishment execution
  • Ensure alignment between product availability and market demand
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues impacting performance

6. Performance Management

  • Track and monitor key KPIs including:
  • Sales performance
  • Distribution (ACV, TDP)
  • Velocity and in-store execution
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support category performance reviews and business planning

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across functions
  • Support delivery of cross-functional initiatives with accountability and urgency


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
  • Product Management, Brand Management, or Commercial/GTM roles
  • Strong experience in CPG / Food industry (required) - Experience in noodle, instant food, or adjacent categories (highly preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting or managing end-to-end product commercialization in the U.S. market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing product portfolios or category segments
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; knowledge of K-pop culture is a strong plus, particularly in driving culturally relevant consumer engagement

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and operate office equipment for a prolonged period.
  • Physical activities include, but are not limited to, constant manual dexterity, moving about the work site, and/or handling objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to work a schedule that supports business operations, including occasional weekends, holidays, and hours outside of the normal work schedule, as needed.
  • Must be able to travel as business needs require (up to 35% travel).
  • Other infrequent physical activities include, but not limited to, positioning self to complete assigned tasks, and ascending/descending floors and/or ladders.


COMPENSATION

  • Base salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
