As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will ensure the successful setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
  • Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
  • Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
  • Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
  • Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
