Job description

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep our property running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful. Responsibilities include:
  • Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
  • Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
  • Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
  • Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed.

The pay range for this position is $23-25/hr JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
