Job description

Join the Mandel Group team as our new Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor at our apartment community in Milwaukee's Third Ward. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the efficiencies and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, handling work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.

Duties include:

  • Perform general and higher-level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, etc.
  • Respond timely to resident work order requests and notify management upon completion of requests or of pending work order needs.
  • Be available to work on an on-call rotation, including weekends and nights.
  • Keep amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment, inspections and required records.
  • Participate in preventative maintenance to include, interior and exterior lighting, filter changes, and periodic apartment inspections.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vacant units in the most timely and efficient manner prior to new resident occupancy per Mandel standards.
  • Groundskeeping duties to include trash removal to be performed as required. Prioritize curb appeal.
  • Trash removal which includes moving compactor bins and trash dumpsters for pick-up.
