Job description

Driver pay range: $17 - 20 per hour (depending on experience). Not qualified to drive? We have helper positions available!
Hiring Immediately! The Driver / Junk Removal Specialist is responsible for sales generation, driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), and removing and disposing of unwanted goods from customers’ homes and businesses. A CDL license is not required - we will train you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains a high conversion of sales leads in person with potential customer
  • Safely, responsibly, and professionally operates the CMV (junk truck) and monitors its functionality
  • Safely removes items from the customers home or business using proper equipment and techniques
  • Aggressively markets Junk Removal tactics and grass roots strategies
  • Demonstrates a business ownership attitude and mentality that will lead to further promotions
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and secure truck and equipment every day
  • Conducts pre / post trip truck inspections and haul-a-way / junk removal equipment inventory
  • Wears a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® uniform at all times without exception
  • Maintains a positive image of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® by ensuring proper hygiene
REQUIREMENTS
  • Business ownership mindset

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 21 years or older with a clean driving record is required
  • One year of previous driving experience with Commercial Motor Vehicle preferred
