Job Position: Network Engineer
Location: Troy, MI
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Service provider Core, Edge, Border, Access and Aggregation routing and switching equipment.
- Voice and data peering.
- Attention to detail with great communications skills to interact/articulate in a professional manner.
- Peering IXC's.
- Network Telemetry within Network Monitory Systems (NMS).
- Usage of TACACS+, AAA services.
- DDoS monitoring and mitigation.
- Network Protocols and OSI models (TCP, UDP, VLAN, and MPLS).
- Linux OS.
- Standard best practices for network development and design.
- Networking, Telephony and VoIP terminology.
- Knowledge of SIP/RTP/TLS/SRTP/ENUM/DNS.
- Wireshark & PCAP applications.
- Elastic Logging systems.
