Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and coachable Junior Sales Associate to join our remote sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to launch a career in insurance sales. You'll learn how to guide clients through the insurance process, offer personalized coverage options, and build lasting relationships-all while working from home and earning uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations with potential clients
  • Learn and use proven scripts to understand client needs
  • Match clients with the best insurance solutions
