Senior Application Developer GenTax, C# SQL

Location: Utah
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer with deep hands-on expertise in GenTax, C#, SQL, Visual Studio, SOAP, and REST APIs to support the design, development, enhancement, and modernization of complex enterprise tax-processing applications.

The selected developer will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, develop and enhance GenTax functionality, integrate internal and external systems, troubleshoot production issues, and support application upgrades.

This is a senior-level role requiring significant hands-on experience with the GenTax/FAST platform. The strongest candidates will have successfully designed and implemented complex GenTax solutions and will be comfortable providing technical leadership and mentoring other developers.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenTax Application Development
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the GenTax platform.
  • Develop solutions using C# and SQL within Visual Studio.
  • Analyze existing GenTax functionality and determine appropriate technical solutions.
  • Develop new functionality and enhance existing application components.
  • Support maintenance, upgrade, and new-development initiatives within the GenTax environment.

C# SQL Development
  • Develop and maintain C# application components.
