About the Role
We are seeking a Web Developer to build and enhance customer-facing web applications. The primary focus of this role is to develop responsive user interfaces and seamlessly integrate with Django/Python backend APIs to deliver a consistent ordering experience across Mobile, Portal, Olo, and Cloudflare.
The ideal candidate is passionate about modern frontend development, API-driven applications, and AI-assisted software development using tools such as Cursor AI and AI Agents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Integrate frontend applications with Django/Python backend REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure consistent availability data across all customer-facing platforms.
  • Build intuitive user interfaces that provide a seamless ordering experience.
  • Consume and handle API responses efficiently, including caching, loading states, and error handling.
  • Troubleshoot frontend integration issues and optimize application performance.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow GitLab-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI and AI Agents to improve development productivity and code quality.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, QA, UX designers, and backend developers in an Agile environment.

Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Django/Python backend architecture and API-based application development.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js framework.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
