At SaatchiX , Visual Designers create simple, bold, unmistakably onbrand work across integrated omnichannel campaigns. We believe strong ideas deserve strong craft-and that great design happens when curious, opinionated people collaborate across disciplines to make work that actually connects.

Designers here are makers first. This Junior Visual Designer role is for someone early in their career who cares deeply about design fundamentals-especially typography, layout, and composition-and wants to grow their craft inside a collaborative creative agency.

You'll support work for a large, highly regulated financial institution, learning how to bring clarity, polish, and precision to complex brand systems-while being surrounded by creatives who genuinely love the details.

Responsibilities
  • Design visual assets across retail, digital, print, and presentation formats with guidance
  • Support layout builds, adaptations, and revisions of approved creative
  • Apply brand typography systems consistently and accurately
  • Sweat the details: kerning, leading, spacing, hierarchy, alignment
  • Assist with mood boards, visual explorations, and layout development
  • Prepare clean, organized, productionready files
  • Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and creative reviews
  • Take feedback well and use it to make the work better
Qualifications
  • ~1 year of visual design experience(internships, entrylevel roles, or portfolio school)
  • A portfolio showing strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PPT
  • Foundational understanding of print and digital design
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Curiosity, humility, and a desire to keep getting better

Compensation Range: $53,960 -ย $64,790. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
