Job description

Another Source is excited to partner with Sabey Corporation on the search for a Junior Video Editor.

Sabey is growing its in-house video team and looking for creative professionals who are passionate about storytelling through video. From executive interviews and customer success stories to major infrastructure projects and community-focused content, this team will create the videos that help bring the Sabey story to life.

Whether you're an experienced producer looking to lead projects and mentor others or an early-career editor eager to sharpen your craft, these roles offer the opportunity to work on a wide variety of content, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and see your work make a visible impact.

If you're excited about creating meaningful content and helping tell the stories behind some of the country's most important infrastructure projects, we'd love to connect.

Another Source's client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Junior Video Editor to join their team in Tukwila, WA.

Sabey is building an always-on video storytelling engine designed to connect with customers, employees, industry partners, and the communities it serves. As one of the first hires on the team, you'll help create content that showcases Sabey's people, projects, customers, and community impact across a variety of platforms and formats. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career video professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to develop under experienced creative leadership, and is excited to build a diverse portfolio while helping launch a new internal video program.

Who is Sabey Corporation?

Sabey Corporation is a privately held powerhouse in real estate development, construction, and data center operations, renowned for its visionary approach, long-term stability, and culture of innovation. From high-performance data centers to state-of-the-art commercial properties, Sabey builds the infrastructure that fuels technological advancements, life-saving healthcare solutions, and cutting-edge research across North America. Headquartered in Tukwila, WA (20 minutes outside of Seattle); Quincy/Wenatchee WA, Ashburn, VA, Austin, Texas, and New York City, NY, Sabey is more than just a developer—its teams drive industry transformation, tackling complex challenges with forward-thinking solutions. At Sabey, collaboration and ingenuity aren't just encouraged—they are the foundation for excellence.

About this role

The Jr. Video Editor / Shooter is a key contributor to Sabey's growing video content program, supporting the creation of short-form and long-form video content that reaches audiences across multiple platforms and markets. Working closely with the Senior Video Producer and collaborating with marketing, communications, and design partners, you'll help bring stories to life that showcase Sabey's people, projects, customers, and community impact.

This role offers hands-on experience across every stage of production—from planning and field capture to editing, finishing, and publishing. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of content formats including social media campaigns, documentary-style storytelling, executive communications, customer case studies, and branded content while developing your creative and technical skills within a highly collaborative environment.

While occasional travel to Sabey campuses and project sites is expected, most work will be based out of Sabey's Tukwila headquarters.

Your Contribution Will Likely Include

  • Editing short-form social content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Assisting with long-form productions including documentary-style features, customer stories, employee spotlights, executive thought leadership content, and branded video series
  • Applying color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, lower thirds, and captioning that align with Sabey brand standards
  • Utilizing AI-assisted production tools for editing, transcription, voiceover, translation, and captioning within established brand guidelines
  • Capturing interviews, b-roll, facility footage, customer environments, and community-focused content across Sabey locations
  • Operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones to produce professional-quality content
  • Supporting live event coverage including executive presentations, employee meetings, customer events, and community engagements
  • Maintaining production equipment, field kits, and travel readiness
  • Organizing, tagging, and managing digital media assets within Sabey's asset management systems
  • Ensuring consistent application of Sabey's visual identity, storytelling standards, and content quality expectations
  • Partnering with marketing and communications teams to execute against publishing schedules and campaign objectives
  • Identifying and developing compelling stories that highlight Sabey's people, customers, projects, and community impact

Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Media Arts, or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent professional video production experience
  • Experience shooting and editing digital video content and digital photography
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling ability, technical execution, and experience delivering content on a consistent publishing schedule
  • Ability to work efficiently under direction while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • FAA Part 107 certification preferred. Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it after hire.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and developing editorial judgment
  • Exceptional attention to detail related to color, sound, motion graphics, and brand consistency
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with employees, executives, customers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Interest in emerging AI-enabled production tools and technologies
  • Experience with social media video formats and platform-specific best practices preferred
