Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

En fonction de l'experience, des competences et des qualifications des candidats retenus, nous sommes ouverts a differents niveaux de poste; Souscripteur junior, intermediaire ou principal.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Analyser les demandes de soumissions, de renouvellements et de modifications de polices, et recommander des solutions adaptees pour maximiser les opportunites d'affaires.

  • Accompagner et conseiller les courtiers en adoptant une approche consultative axee sur la satisfaction client.

  • Mettre a profit vos competences en negociation pour conclure des ententes avantageuses et entretenir des relations d'affaires durables.

  • Participer activement aux visites chez les courtiers, aux evenements de l'industrie et aux activites de marketing pour developper le portefeuille.

  • Contribuer a l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance du departement.

  • Evaluer les risques avec rigueur et preparer des propositions competitives pour les nouvelles affaires et les renouvellements.

  • Gerer efficacement les transactions de polices, incluant les renouvellements, les avenants et les soumissions.

  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe de Solutions specialisees ainsi qu'avec les autres divisions d'Intact pour favoriser les opportunites de ventes croisees.

Ce que vous mettez a profit :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'experience pertinente dans le secteur agricole, que ce soit en souscription, en courtage ou au sein d'un assureur, avec un bilan de performance demontre.

  • Esprit analytique combine a un fort sens de la vente et a une orientation resultats.

  • Proactif, ambitieux et motive par l'atteinte et le depassement des objectifs.

  • Capacite a prendre des initiatives et a performer dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Excellent communicateur avec de fortes aptitudes relationnelles et une approche orientee client.

  • Aptitude demontree a developper et a fideliser un reseau de courtiers.

  • Interet pour les tendances du marche et les opportunites de developpement d'affaires.

  • Designation PAA (Professionnel d'assurance agree) ou en voie d'obtention. (un atout)

  • Aucune experience de travail au Canada requise, mais necessite d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.
