Job description

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI engineer to help us create optimal designs and interfaces for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently apply their expertise to shape digital experiences for a wide user base. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to build navigability and presentability into the lifecycle of applications, from design through deployment. Responsibilities: * Plan and manage UX/UI projects.
* Conduct research and create target personas.
* Design high-quality user interfaces tailored to key audiences.
* Work closely with other departments to enhance efficiency.
* Foster open communication and collaboration with partner organizations.
* Develop a compelling brand story.
* Create design wireframes and prototypes
* Design and present UX demonstrations to stakeholders
* Hand off designs to developers for implementation
* Collaboration: Work closely with software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
* Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Duty Experience Essential: * Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sharp eye for detail and design

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Understanding of basic design principles
* Deep familiarity with agile software development
* Comprehensive fluency with component libraries

* Experience in root cause analysis and implementing systemic improvements. Preferred: * Significant experience with UX/UI writing or design
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
* Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Engineer).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
