In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about structuring complex research, synthesizing usability findings, and articulating clear, actionable recommendations for diverse digital products.


Scope of Work

  1. Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.
  2. Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits to assess product usability and alignment with best practices.
  3. Organize findings into well-structured research summaries, usability reports, and rationale documents.
  4. Evaluate and document information architecture and interaction design decisions.
  5. Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) to audit and improve digital products for inclusivity.
  6. Produce clear, precise written communications that convey research outcomes and design rationales to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Synthesize and resolve complex or conflicting data points to deliver concise, evidence-based recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of expertise in UX design, user research, usability testing, or related domains.
  2. Demonstrated experience authoring research syntheses, usability evaluations, UX audit reports, or similar documentation.
