This role might require up to 15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.
Your Contribution:

  • Strategic UX leadership - Formulate and execute a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the Product Management roadmap. Define clear UX principles and guidelines, and develop actionable goals to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Design system utilization and management - Lead the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design systems into the development process and enable AI capabilities.

  • Guide holistic design processes - Oversee the creation of intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Ensure all designs adhere to brand integrity and accessibility standards, pushing the boundaries of conventional design.

  • Cross-functional collaboration - Work synergistically with product management, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with business strategies.

  • Support research and innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct in-depth research and disseminate insights to inform UX practices and inspire innovative design solutions.

  • Design advocacy and communication - Articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executive leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Team growth and development - Drive the recruitment and retention of top UX talent. Continuously refine team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.

  • Many years of experience in UX design, including several years in a strategic leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing UX team members to move at speed and deliver premium interactive prototypes.

  • Highly organized, strategic thinker, proactive, and assertive, with the ability to make an impact and act as an integral leader of the business.

  • Ability to direct complex omnichannel solutions that are industry-leading.

  • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and innovative design practices.

  • Expertise in consumer journey design, digital content best practices, and performance analytics.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business, brand, and marketing strategy across all levels of the organization.

  • Passionate about AI for customer-facing e-Commerce UI and for internal process efficiency.

  • Strong independent work ethic combined with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent project management, creative briefing, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to implement findings to improve experience.

  • Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams.

  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through the way we communicate, connect, and collaborate - an innovative and inclusive mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exceptional ability to drive standalone narrative creation, using next-gen presentation tech and AI to elevate executive pitches and inspire teams.
