  • 2 years of experience in game development based on unity, unreal, or C/C++/C# custom game engines.

Preferred qualifications:

Part community manager and part developer advocate, Developer Relations Engineers collaborate with developers at conferences and online, and advocate for developers interests internally at Google.   • Work with game developers and game engines in the Americas region to support exciting new product integrations on Android devices.
  • Optimize AA/AAA game titles, resolve engineering problems with Google technologies and scale the knowledge to improve the overall gaming ecosystem.
  • Advocate for game developers internally and influence Google developer product strategy by working with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive regular, engineering-focused workshops and meetings with developers to optimize the gaming experience and resolve complex technical problems at a scale of millions of users.
