Love sports? Love data?


We're looking for a Junior quantitative Trader to help build the models and strategies that drive trading performance.


This isn't a role where you'll spend months researching in isolation. You'll be identifying edges, helping to build predictive models, automating processes, and seeing your work impact live markets in real time.


You'll work with large datasets, help develop trading strategies, and collaborate with traders and developers to continuously improve performance.


Python, R, and SQL will be your tools. Statistics, curiosity, and problem-solving will be your edge.


They are looking for a junior person between 1 and 4 years of expeirence, but you will need to of worked in quantitative research, trading, data science, or another highly analytical environment. Experience in sports, betting, prediction markets, trading, or market data is a plus, but not essential.


The team is ambitious, collaborative, and obsessed with getting better every day. If you enjoy competition, ownership, and turning data into profit, you'll fit right in.


You can expect a base salary up to $150k + bonus.


This role will be based in Chicago.
