The Role: Senior Software Project Manager


Who You Are:


You’re a confident, strategic software project manager who’s ready to take on complex projects from ideation to completion. You will own release management, product operations, and the Atlassian toolchain for the engineering organization. You’ll be an agile coach to ensure while we're in tickets and prioritization, run sprint coordination, keep documentation and knowledge management current, and be the connective tissue between engineering, QA, and the business on what is shipping and when.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own release management and release records across environments.
  • Administer the Atlassian toolchain (Jira and Confluence) - workflows, projects, and reporting.
  • Run sprint coordination, backlog grooming support, and delivery tracking.
  • Own product-operations processes and engineering documentation/knowledge management.
  • Coordinate release readiness with QA, DevOps, and the Director of Technology.
  • Maintain the engineering knowledge base and tooling standards.
  • Report sprint and delivery metrics into the EOS scorecard rhythm.
  • Own sprint delivery vs. commitments.
  • Manage release predictability - releases shipped on plan.
  • Lead documentation/knowledgebase currency.
  • Own backlog hygiene and ticket-quality metrics.
  • Own cycle time from ready-to-done.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, or Agile/SCRUM credentials a plus.
  • 5+ years in software project/program management or release management in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration and workflow-design experience.
  • Strong release-coordination and product-operations discipline.
  • Excellent documentation and knowledge-management instincts.
  • Comfortable coordinating across engineering, QA, and DevOps; communicates bottom-line-first.
