You'll work at the intersection of AI and software engineering solving novel problems that directly accelerate advertising revenue growth.
The Sales Technology team within Global Sales Operations delivers best-in-class products and data solutions to improve Amazon Advertising sales effectiveness worldwide. We're ensuring sales teams have everything they need to understand customer potential and up-sell opportunities without wasting time on inefficiencies

You'll own end-to-end product development - from customer/stakeholder engagement and requirements definition through implementation and operation at scale. Our tech challenges are unique: integrating with CRM platforms, building NAWS products and APIs from scratch, and shaping how AI transforms the sales experience. Key job responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and customer-facing features that power AI-driven sales enablement products
- Develop responsive, performant UI experiences using modern frameworks (React) to delight internal customers
- Own services end to end - from design through deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Orchestrate AI workflows across multiple models and build context systems that make every sales interaction smarter
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; participate in design and code reviews; raise the quality bar for the team
- Participate in on-call rotations, drive root-cause analysis, and build automated monitoring and alerting
- Partner with product managers, designers, and peer engineers to define technical solutions that meet customer needs
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices
