Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications and participate in the development, maintenance, and support of large-scale business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and full-stack web development.

The selected candidate will be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

  • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using OOP principles and design patterns.

  • Build and optimize SOQL queries and Salesforce data models.

  • Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration activities.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources.

  • Support application integrations and data exchange processes.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

  • Drive development efforts from requirements through implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Apex development.

  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

  • Experience implementing software design patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.

  • Experience with Visualforce Pages.

  • Strong SOQL development experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

  • Strong understanding of CRUD operations and Salesforce security models.

  • Experience with Full-Stack Web Development.

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Experience with .NET, OOP, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

  • Experience working through all phases of the SDLC.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
