The Role We're hiring a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our Milwaukee clinic. This is an opportunity for an experienced BCBA to step into a leadership role (mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical programs, and helping expand our services responsibly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with individuals with autism using a verbal behavior approach
  • Provide clinical oversight & supervision for clients and teams
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Develop skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions
  • Mentor and support Behavior Technicians and newer BCBAs
  • Lead caregiver and staff meetings
  • Attend monthly clinical supervisor meetings and quarterly roundtable meetings for ongoing training and support
  • Model and uphold individualized care and ethical ABA practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and improve clinical systems
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field (required)
  • BCBA certification (required)
  • WI BA licensure (required)
  • A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience practicing as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA and supervising others in ABA
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teams
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA and treating clients & staff with dignity and respect
