Job Summary
Senior SAP S/4HANA P2P Functional Consultant responsible for owning and driving Procure-to-Pay solutions. The role involves solution design, implementation, leadership of SAP initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality, scalable SAP solutions aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive SAP solutions supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business functions
  • Design and implement SAP solutions aligned with SAP best practices and business requirements
  • Determine optimal delivery approaches from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
  • Ensure solution integrity through testing and quality assurance practices
  • Provide direction and oversight to third-party SAP service providers
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategy
  • Lead blueprinting, business confirmation, and testing workshops
  • Assist in prioritization of demand items within the P2P domain
  • Manage end-to-end functional ownership of enhancements and defect validation
  • Drive functional changes and optimized SAP solution delivery
  • Develop and mentor junior SAP team members

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of SAP functional solution design and delivery experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead role guiding SAP teams
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MM, and IM modules
  • Proven success as SAP Functional Lead or Lead Architect on implementations
  • Experience designing complex SAP solutions for unique business processes
  • SAP development estimation and solution delivery best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executive-level and field stakeholders
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
