Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join their team. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, building integrations, and ensuring the quality of code through reviews and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Review Epics/User-stories, clarify requirements and Estimate user stories
• Design and Build reusable Lightning Components
• Solution Design for the user stories using the Salesforce Service Cloud Features
• Develop Salesforce functionality using Configuration and customization
• Experience in configuring out of the box lightning functionalities and Salesforce Service Cloud Features
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce project development experience
• 3+ year of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Custom Lightning Components
• Strong development experience in Lightning Design System (LDS) and Lightning Components Development
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience on Lightening
• Well versed with customization and configuration best practices
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.
• A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like SFDX, ANT and Force.com IDE
• Strong experience in developing custom lightning component on Lightning Web Components and Lightning Aura Framework for 2 year… with (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML)
• Strong experience in configuring out of the box lightning functionalities and Salesforce Service Cloud Features
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On
• Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI/D technologies like Salesforce, Jenkins etc.
• Perform independent code reviews and certify code developed by self and other junior team members on the project
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and/or defects
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
