Position Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated software engineers at all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior). Candidates will work collaboratively with offensive, defensive, and hunt teams to design, develop, and analyze advanced cyber capabilities.

This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong low-level programming skills with hands-on cyber operations experience in red, blue, or hunt team environments.

 

Required Qualifications:

●        Strong low-level programming skills (C/C++, Rust, Go, or similar)

●        Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

●        Solid understanding of operating systems internals (Windows, Linux)

●        Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, routing)

●        Experience building, modifying, or integrating security tools

●        Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows

●        Ability to analyze logs, binaries, memory, and network traffic

●        Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

●        Demonstrated experience supporting and participating in Red Team, Blue Team, and/or Hunt Team operations such as :

  • Working knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and usage of TTPs.
  • Hands-on experience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and similar offensive security frameworks.
  • Experience integrating and leveraging SIEM platforms for detection, investigation, and response.

●        Ability to document technical findings, methodologies, and operational procedures.

●        Ability to collaborate effectively with operators, analysts, and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

●        Background in reverse engineering, malware analysis, or vulnerability research

●        Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems.

●        Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and embedded operating systems.

●        Experience with network protocols and traffic analysis.

●        Data analysis at scale (SQL, Splunk, Elastic, etc.)

●        Understanding of attacker tradecraft and TTPs

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

  • This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
