About Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps
AFJROTC is a Title 10 USC citizenship program for students in grades 9 through 12. Our OH-12 unit based at Rutherford B. Hayes High School In Delaware Ohio. It is one of over 870 units operating in high school locations worldwide. There are more than 120,000 high school cadets in the program and over 1,900 retired USAF officer and enlisted professionals who lead, mentor, guide, and teach our cadets.
We are seeking a highly motivated instructor to help with continuing to lead and grow the Delaware County AFJROTC Program. If you want to continue to serve and make positive impacts in the lives of our high school students, then please consider applying to be an AFJROTC instructor. Eligible Air Force Retirees (Majors Colonels and TSgts CMSgts with a 4-year degree) and gray are retirees who have a passion for mentoring youth are encouraged to apply.
