Responsabilités:

  • Embaucher et diriger une équipe
  • Encadrer les membres de l'équipe
  • Responsable de la qualitéDévelopper et mettre à jour notre application web React
  • Assurer la faisabilité technique des conceptions UX / UI tout en travaillant activement pour influencer les conceptions finales.
  • Prendre des interactions UX complexes et décomposez-les en composants faciles à comprendre.

Compétences essentielles:

  • 10+ années d’expérience en développement d’applications web
  • Solides connaissances en Javascript, le DOM et le CSS
  • Solides connaissances de l’écosystème React
  • Solides connaissances de l’écosystème de test React
  • Expérience avec Typescript
  • Expérience avec l’utilisation d’APIs REST
  • Volonté d'apprendre et de développer de nouvelles compétences. 
  • Familiarité avec Git et le développement Agile.

GenAIz is hiring a Lead Front-End Developer to join our small and dynamic Montreal team. This individual will work with our designers, other developers, and our AI team in order to develop our web application. If you think you can be part of our team, join us now! 

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and lead a team
  • Mentor team members
  • Accountable for quality
  • Develop and update our React web application
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs while working actively to influence the final designs
  • Take complex UX interactions and decompose them into easily understandable components

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience developing web applications
  • Deep knowledge of Javascript, the DOM & CSS
  • Deep knowledge of the React ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of the React testing ecosystem
  • Experience with Typescript
  • Experience with consuming REST APIs
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills 
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile development 

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of UX
  • Bilingual in French and English
