All Options is looking for a Quantitative Trader to join our Trading team in our Austin, TX office. In this role you will take ownership of strategies and PnL targets, contribute meaningfully to the desk's overall performance, and help shape the future direction of our trading operation. The ideal candidate brings robust market awareness, a quantitative attitude, and a team-first approach to thrive in our fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and optimize a trading portfolio in alignment with desk strategy and risk parameters.
  • Own daily PnL performance, ensuring adherence to trading limits.
  • Adjust variables and system settings to improve trading performance.
  • Collaborate with research and technology teams to improve trading systems, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Provide coaching and feedback for junior traders, encouraging skill development.
  • Promote a team-first culture through knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and collaboration across the trading desk.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in options market making.
  • Deep understanding of options theory and pricing.
  • Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, or others).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and remain level-headed.
  • Ability to make active decisions and speak one's mind and take position.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to innovate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
