Job Description- Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years Experience
Location: Northridge (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Interview Process: 1 Remote Interview + 1 In-Person Interview

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires deep expertise in AWS environments, automation, and modern DevOps practices. The position is fully onsite and requires strong collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-availability production systems
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and deployment efficiency
  • Monitor system health and implement proactive incident management
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes
  • Maintain security best practices across cloud and deployment environments
  • Lead DevOps strategy and mentor junior engineers
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues in real-time
  • Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve operations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
  • Strong Linux system administration skills
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture
  • Experience supporting production-scale systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
