Required:
Must read: The company is based in Ohio and the person hired will be local to NE Ohio and have the ability to come into the office hybrid ( NO Exceptions )
You must have a 4 year degree (computer science or MIS) from an accredited United States based university. Online degrees and boot-camp certificate will not be considered
Experience and/or comfortable working in Christian Faith environment is required

Are you a junior or entry level BI analyst or have the desire to be? Are you interested in honing your skills with a growing and collaborative team? Have you found yourself just doing production and/or support duties? Do you have solid systems development skills (or want to learn) as well? My Cleveland client is seeking to add a growth-based position on their highly influential SQL Data team. The team has decided to grow in order to meet expectations for a growing company and need for innovative insights. You will have the ability to learn how to build a Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, and Database Administration (if you don't already know it!). If you have great communication skills, have ~2+ years of SQL Development and business intelligence report development experience and are familiar with, or want to learn, then read on!

Roles/Responsibilities of SQL Developer
- Business Intelligence development (PowerBI is what they use but also have Tableau and Excel)
-SQL Development (Biggest part of role and must show experience/aptitude)
-Excel (intermediate to advanced skills needed)
-Writing, editing and optimizing moderately complex SQL queries, Schemas
-Database and Data Warehouse design / architecture (Train and future for right person)
-Ability to perform other IT operational duties as required.
Required Qualifications for SQL Developer- BI/DW:
-Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
-US Citizen local to, and able to commute to office
-Great communication and personality (you will be working in non-siloed environment)
-A minimum of 2 years' experience in MS SQL Server.
- PowerBI, and SQL development experience is a must.
-Python is a great nice to have
