What Makes You Successful You naturally take initiative and aren't afraid to tackle unfamiliar technologies. You enjoy mentoring developers and helping elevate the entire team.

You think strategically while remaining hands-on with development. You communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. You continuously look for opportunities to improve applications, processes, and team performance.

Modern technology stack including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular, and GitLab. Collaborative engineering culture that values innovation and continuous learning.

Competitive compensation of $102,000-$121,000 plus a 15% annual incentive target based on organizational performance. Hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one remote day each week. Opportunity to mentor developers while remaining deeply involved in technical design and software engineering.
