.NET Developer, Junior - On Site Rock Island, IL Join our mission-focused team at Rock Island Arsenal and help modernize the Armyโ€™s logistics software that keeps soldiers supplied and ready worldwide. Youโ€™ll work inside an agile DevSecOps environment with cleared professionals who value craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement. The .NET Developer, Junior builds UI, API, and database features from specifications, integrates services, and resolves defects in two-week sprints. Responsibilities
Implement features across UI, API, and database layers
Integrate internal and external services per design specs
Fix defects, perform root-cause analysis, and write unit tests
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews
Document modules and follow secure coding checklists
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years experience
BS degree or equivalent additional years of experience
Security+ within 90 days of start
Active Secret clearance
Ability to work full time on site at Rock Island, IL
