The Role

As a Junior Recruiter specializing in Engineering within the Rail & Infrastructure sector, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent. You will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers to support recruitment campaigns across roles such as:

  • Electrical Engineers
  • Project Managers
  • Software Engineers
  • Project Engineers
  • Procurement
  • Systems Engineer

You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment strategy, candidate management, and client engagement within a highly technical and fast-moving industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify engineering professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Rail & Infrastructure sector
  • Support senior recruiters with job briefings and candidate shortlists
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM/ATS
  • Develop market knowledge of engineering disciplines and infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to team targets and business development initiatives

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (required)
  • Strong interest in recruitment, engineering, or the rail sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable (but not essential):
