We are looking for candidates that are willing to learn, committed to excellent customer service and professionals who are looking for a long term employment relationship.  Junior Processing specialists are counted on to provide direct assistance to our underwriting team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>\n
<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, and assist customers with questions regarding potential accounts, current policies and renewals<\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Process and follow up on new and renewal insurance quotations<\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Process cancellations, reinstatement and endorsement requests<\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Utilize various software to perform data entry<\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop good working relationship with team members and external customers<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Administrative duties as assigned by management<\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>\n
    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1 year of administrative, data entry or processing experience preferred<\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, knowledge of Google Suite<\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Has experience working with a CRM is preferred but not required<\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n
    • Experience in Insurance or Underwriting is preferred but not required<\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
