This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level and CI polygraph.

This project supports a hard and deeply buried target mission set, providing critical analytic insights to government stakeholders. Success depends on accurate reporting that augment other analytic products and enable timely and informed decision-making. The work directly impacts national security objectives by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence in a highly specialized and sensitive domain.

Responsibilities:

  • This position is full time onsite in Reston, VA.
  • Lead and execute high-impact OSINT and multi-INT analysis, synthesizing open-source materials with classified reporting and technical data streams.
  • Develop and refine social media exploitation and digital network analysis methodologies that enhance multi-INT fusion and operational relevance.
  • Conduct cross-domain analytic integration-correlating OSINT with GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT to validate findings and identify intelligence gaps.
  • Apply advanced attribution, cyber tradecraft, and obfuscation techniques to conduct secure online research.
  • Perform geolocation, imagery, and terrain analysis that support broader analytic assessments.
  • Verify and assess authenticity of visual media through technical image/video analysis and open-source corroboration.
  • Produce comprehensive analytic reports, briefings, and data-driven products tailored for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Mentor junior analysts, contribute to multi-INT/OSINT tradecraft development, and lead internal training initiatives.
  • Support interagency collaboration, data-sharing, and the establishment of analytic standards, methodologies, and SOPs.
  • Track deliverables, metrics, and analytic output to ensure quality and mission impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI polygraph.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Cybersecurity, Regional Studies)
  • 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on OSINT and demonstrated integration with other INTs

Proven ability to:

  • Operate independently with minimal oversight in dynamic, high-stakes environments
  • Fuse and correlate multi-INT data sets to produce actionable insights
  • Communicate complex analytic findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead or shape analytic programs, tradecraft standards, and innovation efforts
  • Current (within last 2 years) experience with OSINT or social media research training, instruction, or advanced techniques
  • Familiarity with IC analytic tools, data environments, and collaboration protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language proficiency (Chinese or Russian preferred)
  • Experience with:
  • Multi-INT fusion and cross-domain analysis
  • Photo geolocation and advanced image/video authentication
  • Cyber attribution and online operational security
  • Threat finance, disinformation networks, and influence operations
  • Developing or leading OSINT or multi-INT programs and analytic frameworks
  • Published or briefed work in recognized government or open-source format

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $102,000.00 - $136,000.00 - $149,600.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
