Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points 
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues 
  • Plan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure 
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive 
  • Administer Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity security 
  • Implement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platforms 
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies 
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devices 
  • Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructure 
  • Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutions 
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role 
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching) 
  • Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations 
  • Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management 
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure 
  • Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory 
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment 
  • Certifications such as: 
    • Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365) 
    • CompTIA Network+ or Security+ 
  • Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning 
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)
