Job Description What is the opportunity?

The Security Insights & AI - Digital Development team is building production-grade applications within Global Cyber Security. Our team designs, architects, and builds bespoke solutions supporting threat hunting, cyber analytics, and security operations. As the Senior Full Stack Developer (Global Security), you will be responsible for designing and implementing LLM-powered tools and platforms that serve multiple business units and use cases.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications that deliver security insights and LLM-powered solutions
• Engineer high-quality integrated systems across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Develop and own backend systems in Python that power scalable, production-grade applications
• Collaborate with frontend development using Vue.js and modern web technologies
• Develop maintenance procedures to ensure optimal application performance and reliability
• Integrate applications to various cloud-based platforms
• Gather input from stakeholders to direct development and enhance product deliverables
• Identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks while developing appropriate mitigations
• Establish strong working relationships across business units and technical teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

• 7+ years of experience developing and shipping code for production systems
• Strong backend development skills in Python (Django, FastAPI)
• Knowledgeable in building highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant applications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and drive solutions forward
• Demonstrated ability to proactively gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

Nice-to-have

• Hands-on experience with web development (Typescript, Tailwind, NuxtJS) and modern frontend technologies (Vue.js, React)
• Experience in cloud engineering and deployments (Openshift, Azure)
• Azure EntraID or similar IAM integrations
• Good understanding of SQL, NoSQL, Vector databases
• Professional experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and agent orchestration frameworks
