TNA is currently looking for an Engineering Co-op Student for the Technical Services department. Our vision for this position is to provide support to the mission of the Technical Services department to ensure quality and integrity of all tires introduced into the plant through their designs to ensure tire aesthetics, performance levels, and reliability meet all standards throughout the product's life cycle, taking into account the end-users of the products use of them in the design-specified manner.
Throughout the co-op's tenure, he or she will gain a good understanding of the entire tire manufacturing process, tire construction, tire testing, and overall tire performance in relation to target applications. He or she will learn to apply engineering principles to resolve tire production issues, improve production processes, ensure proper tire performance, and improve overall tire performance.
