JOB TITLE: Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
LOCATION: Coppell, TX (Hybrid role, may work from home)
DUTIES: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems leveraging AI models (e.g., Large Language Models, Diffusion Models, Forecasting Models etc.). Identify and explore novel applications of AI within our products and services. Conduct research and experimentation with new and emerging AI tech and staying up to date. Build and operate innovative forecasting solutions . Continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI. Conduct thorough research and experimentation with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including model architectures, training techniques, and evaluation methods. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and engineering principles. Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including researchers, product managers, and designers. Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and architectural decisions. Identify and mitigate technical risks and propose solutions to complex engineering challenges. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Actively participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the broader AI community.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Communications Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:
  • 5 years in designing and deploying enterprise-level machine learning systems;
  • 5 years in Python;
  • 3 years with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX;
  • 3 years in applying machine learning algorithms in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Forecasting;
  • 2 years in building and deploying machine learning models using web frameworks like FastAPI or Django; and
  • 1 year in leveraging Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), for various automation and agentic use cases.

Hybrid role, ability to work from home
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
