Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on exposure to front-end and back-end development, database design, modern AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), along with a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable working across both Linux and Windows Server environments and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Job Description

ย ย ย ย ย ย Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Build and maintain front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside back-end APIs and services.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features into existing and new applications.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Build and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

ย ย ย ย ย ย Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.
