Job Title: Junior Graphic Artist

Position Summary
The Junior Graphic Artist is part of an In-House Advertising Team, supporting a network of 100+ locations, throughout Sid Harvey’s organization. In this role, you will assist the Advertising Team in producing visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. This is a hands-on role, ideally suited for someone early in their design career, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Creative Director


General Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials (business cards, flyers, postcards, forms, internal documents, labels, package design, signage, and email, web and social media graphics).
  • Prepare files for both print and digital use, ensuring brand and vendor compliance.
  • Collaborate with advertising, marketing, pricing, purchasing, and sales teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Update and maintain product images, vendor logos, and design templates.
  • Assist with photo editing, retouching, and layout adjustments.
  • Support trade show and counter day materials, including banners, displays, and promotional signage.
  • Administrative tasks include list maintenance, job tracking, proofreading, and coordination.
  • Additional design and administrative responsibilities as required.

Education and Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years of professional design experience (internships or strong portfolio work welcome).
  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) required; Microsoft Office 365, in MAC-based environment. Constant Contact experience a plus.
  • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Collaborator with strong communication and organizational skills.
