They work under the guidance of more experienced engineers to write code, fix bugs, and contribute to team projects. Junior engineers also learn best practices in software development, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve their technical skills. Their role often includes collaborating with other developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What kinds of projects or tasks can a junior Java software engineer expect to work on during their first year?

As a Junior Java Software Engineer, you can expect to work on tasks such as fixing bugs, writing unit tests, and developing small features under the guidance of more experienced team members.
