Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications and microservices.
- Build and support cloud-native applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Quarkus, and modern Java frameworks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, GKE, or AKS.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency in distributed environments.

- Monitor application health using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ELK Stack.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and driving engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java (Java 8–21).
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and distributed system design.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and build tools such as Maven.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, performance tuning, and scalability.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Quarkus, Akka, Scala, or Python.
