The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems within the US Rates (Treasury) electronic trading domain. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology solutions, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and automated trading platforms.

  • Architect and implement solutions to support electronic trading workflows in US Rates (Treasury), including D2D (Dealer-to-Dealer) and D2C (Dealer-to-Client) channels.

  • Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Optimize existing systems for scalability, latency, and throughput.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Engage in continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on trading applications.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, low-latency systems in a financial services environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

  • Understanding of market making workflows within US Rates markets.

  • Experience with the ION platform, including configuration and integration, is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with KDB databases or related time-series data management tools is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with financial trading systems, market microstructure, and relevant protocols.
